Free to start, for growers and buyers.

Subscribe before it ends and nothing changes. If you don’t, your listings are paused: hidden from buyers, never deleted. Subscribe whenever you’re ready and they come back exactly as they were. The trial needs no card, and its 30 days start the day your first list goes live, not the day you sign up.

No. One Farm plan covers your farm, and includes 2 accounts. Each extra account is $10 a month ($100 a year on a yearly plan), added to your bill when they join your team and taken off when they leave. During the free trial your whole team is free. The Trade plan is priced per account in the same way.

No. SourcePlants is included with your Terrace account, and your plan shows as included. There’s nothing to choose and no card to add.

Any time, from Plan & billing: monthly or yearly, and back again, and Stripe works out the difference. If you cancel, what you paid for runs to the end of the period: a farm’s listings stay up, then pause (nothing is deleted, and subscribing again brings them back); a buyer keeps contacting growers until then.

Browsing is free: anyone can search every grower’s availability and see their pages, stock and prices, signed in or not. Contacting growers — their phone, email and address, messaging them and sending requests for quote — needs the Trade plan: $10 a month or $100 a year for each account, and the first month is free. It keeps growers’ inboxes for the trade rather than for anyone collecting their numbers. Farms on the Farm plan can already contact other growers.

Stripe asks for a card when you start, and charges it when the month is up, then monthly (or yearly) after that. Cancel from Plan & billing before then and nothing is charged. Either way you keep browsing, and your conversations with growers stay there to read. The free month is once per company.

Nothing changes for 14 days while you update your card, and we’ll tell you. After that your listings pause until it’s sorted, and come back when it is.
